Three recordings and handouts from a course taught by Scott Tiffney, APS Director of Information Services and Librarian of the American Philatelic Research Library in January, 2021.  The course covered the basics of philatelic research, and addressed such topics as; how to go about starting your own research, research methodologies and practices, and finding and evaluating available philatelic resources for research.
