About this Course:

The Scott U.S. Specialized Catalogue lists less than half of the revenue stamps authorized and issued by the federal government. The Springer Catalog contains a much more comprehensive view by listing items not represented in Scott. Use the Springer Catalog to explore the stamps used for the taxation of distilled spirits. Be privy to the stories driving the tax increases and decreases for each category of alcohol.  This course consists of 4 videos and a variety of handouts.
