Learn how to prepare competitive thematic exhibits appropriate for national level competition and develop exhibiting skills using the guidance of the APS Manual of Philatelic Judging and Exhibiting (7th edition, 2016).  Differentiate between thematic and topical exhibiting.  Develop an understanding of the "Big 4" criteria for evaluating an exhibit.
